Workshops and lecture/demonstrations
A small group is a good setting for an enjoyable and informative introduction to the Alexander Technique. I give introductory (one-session) classes at West Contra Costa Adult Education in Richmond, and at the Orinda Community Center. Since 1987, I have given presentations on the Alexander Technique throughout the San Francisco Bay Area, in a wide variety of places, from academic and professional organizations to small informal groups.
